How is a Mini Convertible in the midwest winters? cold? pain to take care of? worth it?

where are you leaving from to go to the midwest winters ??
should be colder (depending on what kind of winters you have now) and think about the ground clearance of your MINI and that yo umight have chains on it to be able to drive it and it's probably not worth the trouble of getting chains on a car that low.
proabably more pain in the back then the fun yo umight have with a car like that let's say in California or Florida.

i dont think you're gonna see or feel a big difference in winters, they might even be a little more mild then what you're used to.
i doubt that you'll have any surprises, now that i know you come from ND
