Air conditioner issue?

I have a 5000 BTU AC I've had it for a year lately when you put it on it makes a weird loud dripping noise but its really fast, its never made that noise. And it sounds like there is tons of water stuck in the unit. I also looked in the front of the unit where the filter is cleaned that out and I noticed on the Cooper tubes there are water droplets on them is that normal?

that is normal,make sure that water is dripping outside of your ac. if not your drain line is plug,good luck.
