Miles Warranty Carfax
I've heard FORD sucks in reliability so should I avoid this car?
1999 FORD Expedition Eddie Bauer with 140k miles. Asking $5900. It was $8900 but now on clearance sale.
It's a new car dealer and comes with money back guarantee and 3 month warranty.
Carfax is clean other than 1 accident. Doesn't say how bad it was or extent of damage. But it's Carfax certified.

2004 Acura TL - Is this deal a good one?
2004 Acura TL with one owner (per Carfax) and 32,000 miles for $24,523. That price is everything - title, plates, whatever else goes into it.
I'm a bit worried because the brakes seemed a bit shaky and the transmission seemed harsh when shifting (as in when I floored it). But everyone says these cars are very reliable. I get balance of manufacturers warranty and the certified 7 yr/100,000 mile warranty. I'll pay about $450 over 72 months.

The price seems high to me. I do not know your tax rate, or the cost of title and tags, seeing as you do not say where you are located!
In showroom condiition the car has a retal value under $22k with that many miles!
You are financing that car fro too long a period! it is (or will be at the end of the month) 4 model years old now. You are going to finance it for 6 years which means you will be paying $450 per month on a car that is almost 10 years old at the end of the loan!
If you decide to do this, have the car checked out by your own mechanic or an Acura dealer (not the one selling you the car) to see what they say about the overall condition, and specificly the brakes and transmission!
