Mini cooper cool blue hardtop?

Hey! does anyone know if the mini cooper comes in the cool blue color in hardtop. its the really cute grayish blue color that i always see on convertibles. i love the convertible but im worried about whether they are safe or not. just love that color and wondering if it is made for hardtops too. thanks!

In the US, Cool Blue wasn't an option for the hard tops... a 'vert only color. You might have better luck in other countries, but I don't think that I've ever seen a pic of a Cool Blue hard-top.

If you wait a bit, there is a new blue coming for the '09 model year MC and MCS... go check out the color circles at your local dealership.

What do you think of Oxygen Blue. I don't think that it has the same metallic spark of Cool Blue, but it is growing on me.

I am trying to make up my mind between the Land Rover LR2 and a mini cooper s convertible. Your thoughts are appreciated.
Marty...you are correct...comparing them is like apples to oranges so I thought the blue book argument would sway me in one way or the other! lol

the new ones are able to go off road but are overpriced and full of cheap plastics.

they suffer reliability problems and frequent repairs.

many of them are on the Consumer Reports list of Used cars to AVOID.

the Mini Cooper is one of the most fun cars on the planet.

it should be on everyones list of things to do b4 they die.

the turbo version is a blast!

the ride is a bit choppy and the backseat mostly for looks but the precise steering and easy open top are dreams come true.

it's fun but remember it's not a porsche so if your driving on the edge, be careful.
