Forge Upgrated Alloy Intercooler Mini Cooper S Turbo 07For the 2007 onwards model R56 BMW Mini Cooper S Turbo we have developed a more efficient intercooler. As a reduction in intake air temperature increases the density of the charge mixture within
In order to improve the ground force effect on the Mini Cooper S Forge set about smoothing out the underside airflow by creating an undertray for the front. There undertray also offers additional protection to the underside of the engine and gearbox.

TRAK+ wheel spacers are made from a proprietary aluminum/magnesium alloy which is not only incredibly strong, but also very light (up to 70% lighter than a comparable steel product) to minimize unsprung weight. TRAK+wheel spacers are then hard anodized to ensure a tough, durable finish that is resistant to chipping, scratching and oxidation. H&R TRAK+ wheel spacers move the wheel out from the hub, effectively widening the stance of the vehicle and lowering its roll center. This simple modification increases lateral stability, which in turn provides improved handling, greater safety and of course, the sleek style you&rsquove been looking for. Depending on vehicle make and model they are available for most domestic and imported automobiles. Like all of H&R&rsquos street-engineered products, H&R TRAK+ wheel spacers are certified by the German Technical Inspection Agency (TUeV). H&R also has the right wheel bolts or nuts to install TRAK+ wheel spacers on most cars, with original or aftermarket wheels. H&R - Product facts: - High strength, light weight aluminum/magnesium alloy - Up to 70% lighter than comparable steel spacers - CNC machined - Anodized for optimum corrosion protection - Available for most domestic and imported automobiles - Installation notes for DRA-System - For use with original or aftermarket wheels - Compartible with all suspension designs - TUV approved

Hi,Its been fixed at a place called Hagon Shocks, who straighten alloy wheels. It was present on day one of me riding it home, so it should have been found by the techies at SB, perhaps it was and they decided to chance me not noticing it. Unfortunately I did and have since decided to never go back to SB due to their attitude.Cheers all,Gordon
The Cooper Auto lineage is far spread from the original family roots.
The original BMC Mini sedan was modified by the Cooper auto group to become a sportier version of the dowdy little Mini sedan. Sort of what Shelby did to Mustangs. The Austin Mini Cooper had modifications made to the motor, exhaust and suspension to make it perform. It became very successful in its class on the racetrack. Sales jumped with the wins it recorded and a cult following developed.
BMW was looking for a new product and entered into an agreement with Cooper to build a stylized version of the Mini Cooper and market it using Cooper's name. This too has become very popular, although no where as successful on the track.
For further details on the evolution of the Mini see this link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mini_Cooper
