Mini Cooper Coupe Roadster

Best sport sedan/coupe under 10k?

I am selling my 2004 Honda Accord and can get around 10k for it. I would be willing to spend around 9k at most. I've been looking at:

Audi TT (not the roadster)
Acura RSX
BMW 328i
BMW M3
Infiniti G35
Mini Cooper (S model preferable)
Scion TC
Subaru Impreza WRX
Toyota Celica

Any suggestions? What's best? I'm not too familiar with Mercedes so any suggestions from them would be great.

Requirements:

Manual (a must)
Reliability (is very key)
Under 100k miles (70k and 80k is acceptable as long as the reliability checks out, my Accord has 75k on it and runs great)
Low on insurance
Decent on gas economy
I am aware that a BMW under these requirements would most likely be 1995-2001 (maybe '02). I'm considering spending around 6k-7k (most likely it will have 100k miles or more) and then using 1k for repairs. I'm only considering this because my friend owns a 1997 BMW 328is (80k miles) and has had no problems with it. He bought it for 7k.

You're not going to find any of the cars you mentioned for under ten grand with less than 100k miles on it unless there's something wrong with it or it's been salvaged. If you do, it'll be cutting it very close on the mileage or you'll be getting something fairly old.

The only exceptions are the RSX, TC, and Celica.

It's hard to find a WRX that hasn't been abused.

Don't ever buy a German car on a budget because the cost of repairs will deplete you bank account.

The guy that mentioned all those turbo models must not have understood what you meant by reliable or good on gas or cheap on insurance. I hope he's not serious.
