Mini Cooper Engine Parts Mechanics for Dummies.....?
Well earlier today I was trying to compare the engines of two Mini Coopers; one was mine, which is not supercharged, and the others was someone elses, which is supercharged. You see, I don't know crap about car parts and whatnot, and eventually I just came to the conclusion that the supercharged parts were deep within the engine somewhere where I couldn't see it, because there really was no difference to me, unless I was just totally blind to something obvious. I know so little about cars that it was until I was about 16 or 17 until I knew what people meant when they called a car a "v8" or "v6." Same thing when it came to "5-speed" and "6-speed." I was just wondering if there were any websites or books that pretty much explain car parts and other car stuff in a language that someone as inexperienced as me could understand. Any help?
