First car question........?
I am 15 but am looking at cars already.... I live in Memphis, TN and i am looking at a 2001 ford mustang (standard, nothing special), a 2004 Mini Cooper, or anything else that people would be willing to tell me...

You would have to ask your insurance company for that information...being a minor, your insurance will be much higher until you are about 25, granted you keep your driving record spotless. I am not sure on Mini Coopers, but Ford Mustangs, even standard packages, will eat you up on insurance. The way I've seen it (and I'm not saying this is correct), my insurance goes up on 2 options: 1. How sporty the car is (the more sporty, the more you will have to shell out for insurance), and 2. The value of the car. I had a Camaro Z28 that had an insurance rate that was HALF that of my Cadillac...and with that said, please keep in mind that Mini is owned by BMW!
