Mini Lift Kit
How hard is it to work on a old car at home? WIthout a lift?
Im a new comer to working on cars. And i recently baught a 1973 dodge dart swinger. I want to know if it would be possible for me to work on it at home, and what kinds of tools I would need other then the obvious, I have a really nice tool kit. Is it even possible, I figure I could get some books, or look online, maybe even ask a friend who knows. But would I need a big hydrolic lift, or could I use mini ramps? Thanks
you dont need a lift
you do need a jack and at least 2 jackstands
you can get books from the part store for around 20 $
older cars like yours are easy to work on
new and foren cars are a bitchh cut the ingen comparment is so small
good luck dont spend to mutch fixing it

can anyone help me get a memory expansion kit for my jvc mni dv recorder?
hi, i have a jvc mini dv camcorder, model no GR-D240EK, i have had it about a year or so and its the model that dont have a memory card, just tape. however if you lift open the screen their is an plastic cover that if you lift off you can fit a memory card holder so that memory cards can be used, their is a plug on the circuit board to plug it in. does anyone know where i could get this kit from as i would like to upgrade it. many thanks.
I don't know the model but i would start with JVC send them a email and see what they say.
You could also contact a company the repairs JVC camcorders and see if it is possible to do what you require, you may find it cheaper to invest in a small camera, the quality would be better as most camcorders take stills at not much more than 1-1.5MP not better than the average phone camera.
