Mini Tuning
How to tune more channels on my mini b/w tv?
can i change any internal circuit(tuner circuit)or build an external tuning circuit to give it as av input.if so, help me.
i can build if YOU provide me any circuit idea.thank you.
You could but man that would be alot of trouble when you could just plug a VCR into it and change channels that way.
If your little TV doesnt have any input except rabbit ears already built into it you will need a matching transformer. Radio Shack has them for about 5 bucks but you can find them at dollar stores sometimes. Click the link bellow.
If you dont have a place to plug even this little thing in (the pig tail wire part) and you only have rabbit ears then you could remove the back of your TV. Follow where the rabbit ears go into your set, and wire this transformer onto the base of the rabbit ears. Then at least you could use a VCR to tune channels.
WARNING!!!!!! There is a capacitor on the tube of your TV that can shock the hell out of you even when its unplugged from the wall. It carries a charge. DONT TOUCH THE LARGE WIRE GOING TO THE SIDE OF YOUR CRT SCREEN. The capacitor is somewhere on your curcuit board so theres always a danger to you if you screw around too much.

Can the Itunes software for Ipod Mini coexist with I tunes software for Ipod shuffle on same computer?
I have I tunes version 6 .something on my laptop for my I pod Mini. My nephew just got an I pod shuffle, which has a much smaller capacity. I'm trying to help him put music on it, but my question is can I put the software for both kinds of Ipods on the same computer? Also how can I disable the automatic update feature so that he won't get my music when the I try to put his music in?
itunes is itunes. the only problem is the player. You can disable the auto update from the ipod icon in the lower r corner. I don't think you will have problems with the player.
