One Owner Only Should I put my wife's name only on our house so I can buy another one in a different state?
My wife and I own a home together. Someone said to get a mortgage for that second home, I might be better to take my name off our house and transfer ownership just to my wife. So when I buy the next house I will be the only owner on that one.
You can try playing all kind of games if you want, but they will backfire. Changing a name on a title doesn't change you name being listed on the mortgage. Even if you could afford to by a house in another state your wife's name would be associated and the existing house would still show as a debt of yours.pp

I am thinking about getting a boston terrier. I have done a lot of research on the breed and think it is the right dog for me but I have a few gneral questions.
1. Is Colorado a good place for a Boston Terrier?

sure CO is a fine place for a Boston Terrier. get him/ her a sweater for the winters. Yes they are fine in an apt. Just make sure to exercise him. They ar active.
They need lots of attention, they are so funny they are jokers. They are up for anything, walks, hikes ball, agility.. But they over heat easy!! they can't over heat. they are Just a great small package. They like everyone and everything. They love people and are people pleasers but a little stubborn also. Good luck they are great dogs.
