i have just fitted a parrot/bluetooth in my mini cooper,
well my bf did, to do this you have to take all the middle of the car out gearnob,silver frame etc well we could not get the button off that makes the electric mirrors move so he broke the little black plastick cover thing,ive got a new one but cant put it on till i find out how to remove this button dose anyone know? please help i dont want this one to break
I believe you are talking of the slot, where the switch sits right.
Look at the inner side of the switch,there will be four sides with clipon arrangements.
I believe he did short cut by forcing out from outter area.
So you ask your bf to unclip the old from inner side from holding slot.let loose the wire.
Then fit the wires to new switch and clipon at same place.
