Honda has recently introduced the all-new Honda Accord in the Indian car market with a powerful 3.5-litre V6 engine. The launch of the car is aimed at achieving leadership in the premium luxury car segment and drive car enthusiasts with a powerful sensation.

In the new Accord Honda has defined a perfect combination of beautiful styling and engineering excellence. The creative designers and skilled engineers from Honda have designed the Honda Accord 3.5 to suit the new needs and aspiration of the Indian car buyers.

The new Accord is aerodynamically designed with seamless profile and striking lines that marks a unique presence on road. The powerful engine generates an awesome power of 271 bhp and is mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission with paddle shift that ensures a hassle-free driving on city roads.

Driving Performance

The 3.5-litre i-VTEC engine in the new car is paired to a new technology known as Variable Cylinder Management (VCM) system. This technology ensures flexibility of the cylinder and helps to improve performance and boost fuel efficiency.

The new Accord also comes equipped with the variable gear ratio steering that enables the driver to enjoy superb maneuverability with a smaller turning radius. Furthermore, a new Active Control Engine Mounts (ACM) and Active Noise Control (ANC) systems have also been introduced in the new car to offer a smoother and quieter ride quality. Double wishbone front axle and a new multi–link rear double wishbone suspension also add to the performance of the car and also improve stability and handling.

Safety

The new Honda Accord 3.5 is packed with a host of advanced safety features. Some of the standard safety features in the car includes front active head rest, 3 point rear center seat belt, security car alarm system, immobilizer, and anti lock brakes with electronic brake force distribution.
