What are the differences? Does one get better gas mileage than the other? What else can you tell me about these cars? I'm seriously thinking about buying one within the next few months.

Alright, so I have a friend, let's call her Morgan.
Morgan is only 14 years old. Her parents are a bit crazy and bought her a new Mini Cooper Sport along with a BMW convertable. For the past four months, she's been driving around town, on interstates, highways, and many other places. She's been carrying around her older sister "Ashley"'s old Learner's Permit and was going to pretend to be Ashley if she was ever pulled over.
Today, Morgan got pulled over. What legal penalties/punsishments might she face, considering she was driving alone, under-aged, and was using a false identity?
