Very Mileage
What's wrong with my Rav4-Toyota very low gas mileage?
1997- 81,000 miles, very well maintained, new tires, recent tune up and nobody can find why it only makes 14 mpg in the city. I just watch my gas being sucked really fast.
do u notice loss of power....seams sluggish....and loss of mpg?.....then u could have a partially restricted catalytic converter

Considering buying a 2001 Beetle for my daughter, very low mileage 19K. Should I? Do they still make Beetles?
Yes, they still make the 'new beetle' ... it's kind of a big boxy car that's not actually big, seems like it could be good for a younger driver. If you are not really familiar with VW I will warn you, even though it is a culty brand that has a lot of loyal fans, they are expensive to repair and sort of quirky, really have to bring to a mechanic who specializes in VW; it's like having a luxury car without actually having any luxuries.
Also, 19K sounds suspiciously low for a 2001. You should probably do a carfax on it just to be safe.

From what I learned in Consumer Education class, small claims is likely to side with you. The seller made a material (non-trivial) claim about their product, and you bought on the basis of that claim. It could have been innocent ignorance on the part of the seller (unlikely), but even so, the seller would likely be required to take the truck back in most states.
If it gets to the point where each of you claims the other is lying, the court will be more likely to believe that you're telling the truth than that you manufactured such an elaborate story.
But next time, read though every word of the paperwork, and avoid this kind of trouble, altogether.
